I'm Camila Castillo

Breathwork and Trauma Recovery Specialist

I've been passionate about holistic health and wellness for the past two decades, working within the field since 2008. My passion lies in educating others about their innate self-healing abilities, as it relates to overcoming trauma, addiction, abuse, and gaining coping skills to lead a life of more balance and purpose. 

I've had the privilege of accompanying thousands of people worldwide on their healing journeys, through classes, workshops, retreats, and online courses + content. My passion was formed through my own process of healing, and in witnessing the ramifications of generational trauma in my family and loved ones. I wanted to find a way to heal my family lineage and give back to my community in a meaningful and proactive way.

I've been featured in news outlets and documentaries over the past fifteen years, and held a pioneering role in bringing awareness to the healing power of Breathwork, in the realms of spirituality, addiction and recovery, healing from abuse, human trafficking, parenthood, trauma recovery, and lifestyle.

Breathwork

Our breath is accessible in each moment, serving many purposes. The quality of our breath reflects the quality of our life. 

Reiki

Energy healing has been scienfitically proven to reduce anxiety and pain, induce relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing.

Trauma Recovery

PTSD and CPTSD cause a multitude of symptoms. Holistic healing and lifestyle skills can make a world of difference. 

Yoga

Involving body, mind, emotions, and soul, Yoga is a powerful practice that cultivates strength, flexibility, and healing.

Meditation

Meditation cultivates safety, kindness, compassion, healing, coping skills, and mindfulnes to contribute to a balanced life. 

Parenting & Lifestyle

Bridging the gap between one's healing process and their parenting is the most powerful way to heal generational cycles.

About Me

I began leading international workshops in 2009. My first stop was Italy, with a well-known spiritual master who sought my guidance on her own healing journey. That was just the beginning of a worldwide tour that took me to travel to over 20 countries to teach the Power of the Breath.

 

I've traveled throughout Europe, South - Central - North America, and parts of Asia, bringing knowledge of self through trauma-informed trainings in the holistic healing arts. Thousands of individuals, across cultures, have accessed my teachings, both in person and online, and have benefitted in innumerable ways. I discovered my purpose and aim to reach as many people as possible in my lifetime in order to leave a positive lasting impact on our humanity.

 

I currently run my private practice, through which I teach classes locally and virtually, and work with individuals one on one. I also teach classes at local women's substance-use rehabilitation programs, and I am contracted through the Family, Youth & Children's division of the County of Sonoma to support families in reunification processes. I support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking, as well as individuals who experience chronic depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of PTSD.
